Our stunning townhouses are located between Busselton and Dunsborough on the shores of the calm waters of Geographe Bay, and nestled amongst the lofty Peppermint Trees.

For a dream vacation, these homes have lots of little extras including swimming pool (seasonal), small undercover heated pool, spa, reverse cycle A/C, private BBQ and poolside BBQ, kids playground, washer and dryer.

If spectacular sightseeing is on your agenda, Dunsborough, Bunker Bay, Eagle Bay, Meelup Beach and the the Margaret River wine region are a short drive, so your vacation will be filled with many adventures.

NB: The outdoor pool at Cape View is seasonal, and is closed over the Winter months end of April to End of September at the discretion of the Council of Owners, however the indoor pool will remain open.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
